Ms. Archana holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with Travel & Tourism, from Mumbai, University, India and a PGD in Finance from Welingkar Management school, Mumbai India. She has over 20 years of experience in :

Client co-ordination – Make necessary planning and arrangements for interview campaigns, follow up with the Client of Oman Agencies, global staffing agency for making interview campaigns successful, and fulfill the Clients requirements.
Sourcing – Conduct the interviews of the candidates, check their skills, & CVs & documents to shortlist the suitable candidates for Client. Recruiting candidates – co-ordinate with client with regular follow- ups to complete the recruitment of suitable candidates.
Visa documentation – Give orientation to candidates for the visa documents to be sent to Client for visa processing. Immigration process -handles the complete online immigration process of Oman Agencies, a global staffing agency, of candidate to help recruit foreign staff.
Administration and operations – handle the other Administration and operation related work of Oman Agencies,worldwide staffing agency.
ISO Audits – Earlier liaise with internal and external auditors during office audits. Prepared and maintained the documentation required for audits.
